During the Christmas season, University United Methodist Church holds a Love Feast service in the Moravian tradition. On Christmas Eve, three services are offered: an informal family service geared to young children, and two candlelight services (8:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.).
An evening Ash Wednesday service begins the Lenten season with Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and an Easter sunrise service, as well as our traditional Easter services, offered during Holy Week.
A United Methodist Church service, often led by clergy from UUMC, is held at 4:00 p.m. on the fourth Sunday of every month at Carolina Meadows retirement community.
Monthly devotional services are conducted by UUMC pastors at Carol Woods (second Monday) and Carolina Meadows (fourth Monday) retirement communities.
If you want to learn more about getting involved in the ministries and opportunities University United Methodist provides, or if you would like to make an appointment with one of the pastors to discuss your experience or needs, contact the church office at 929-7191.
