United Methodist Men meets on the third Saturday of each month (except summer) for breakfast, special programs and fellowship. Members support church missions and UMM missions such as the Meals for Millions hunger project. In addition, a men’s prayer group meets on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room (Room 201). We are in the midst of building an expanded UMM that will offer more opportunities for involvement.
Two things are consistent each month: we enjoy a great hot breakfast prepared by Jeff Foarde, and we enjoy fellowship with fellow UUMC men and guests in the church. These breakfasts have been the foundation laid for the rest of the men’s group we are now building.
Additionally we will have social events offering time for fellowship with other men in the church throughout the year.
If you would like to be on our UMM contact list, please email a note with contact information to Greg Carswell and cc: Alice Anderson.
